  • Recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales options in E-vehicles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products in E-vehicles.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
  • Build and maintain professional networks.
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
  • Responsible for New dealership.
  • Meet the Target set by the company for monthly/quarterly and annually
FULL TIME
Customer Relations Executive
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
