Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer relationships. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback to improve services and products. Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
Required Experience:
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for customer relationship management are also welcome to apply
